Dr. Schwabe has been CEO of the ETO GRUPPE since 2011 and has played a key role in shaping the company during this time. ETO GRUPPE would like to express its sincere appreciation to Dr. Schwabe for his many years of service and great commitment.
Responsibilities will be assumed by the existing management team with immediate effect, to ensure the continuity of business operations and accelerate the ongoing transformation. Management responsibility now lies with Dr. Maximilian Eberl (CRO), Hubertus Stroetmann (CFO) and Patrick Boos (COO).
Hubertus Stroetmann (CFO) and Patrick Boos (COO) have been strengthening the management team since mid-2024, while Dr. Maximilian Eberl joined the management team as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) in April 2025. Dr. Schwabe's tasks will be transferred to the remaining managing directors.
ETO GRUPPE is working intensively on its further strategic development and strengthening its market position. As part of a comprehensive restructuring, necessary change processes are being accelerated, structures optimized and agility increased, to ensure long-term competitiveness.
