For decades, we have been developing and manufacturing electromagnetic drive components, sensors, solenoid valves, electric motors, and electronic modules for customers in the mobility and industrial sectors. We are currently realigning our business through a consistent local-for-local strategy, standardized development platforms, and a group-wide common-parts strategy. This transformation is delivering positive results. At midyear 2026, both revenue and earnings were slightly above plan.

As of July 1, 2026, Frank Heppner, as Vice President of Production & Internal Logistics, has been responsible for the ETO GRUPPE’s production and internal logistics division. The position was newly created last year as part of the company’s transformation. At the same time, he was granted power of attorney and was appointed to the executive board of the internationally active corporate group. The new structure also strengthens the German locations in Stockach, Nuremberg, and Vaihingen an der Enz.

Dr. Schwabe has been CEO of the ETO GRUPPE since 2011 and has played a key role in shaping the company during this time. ETO GRUPPE would like to express its sincere appreciation to Dr. Schwabe for his many years of service and great commitment. 

In October 2024, the ETO site in Kunshan was awarded the second-highest safety level by the Chinese government for its safety management.
