As of July 1, 2026, Frank Heppner, as Vice President of Production & Internal Logistics, has been responsible for the ETO GRUPPE’s production and internal logistics division. The position was newly created last year as part of the company’s transformation. At the same time, he was granted power of attorney and was appointed to the executive board of the internationally active corporate group. The new structure also strengthens the German locations in Stockach, Nuremberg, and Vaihingen an der Enz.

With this position, the ETO GRUPPE is consolidating responsibility for production and internal logistics across all locations. This is intended to improve the coordination of series production launches and production processes worldwide.
Frank Heppner has decades of experience in the international automotive supply industry. Over the course of his career, he has been responsible for key management areas such as engineering, program management, quality management, and operational management at renowned companies in the automotive supply industry. In addition, he has been involved on multiple occasions in special strategic projects as well as transformation and restructuring processes.
