ETO again among Germany's most sought-after employers

The F.A.Z. Institute has confirmed ETO MAGNETIC in Stockach as one of Germany's most sought-after employers by letter and seal for the second time after 2021. Decisive for the evaluation were, among others, criteria that also count for employer evaluation portals.

After 2021, ETO received the seal of the F.A.Z. Institute "Deutschlands bester Arbeitgeber“ (Germany's Most Desired Employers) for the second time in July 2023. In a direct comparison with other automotive suppliers, ETO even ranked among the top 5.

Decisive for this good rating were not only general company parameters but also those that count on employer rating portals. As a basis for the evaluation, the F.A.Z. Institute, together with the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research, had analyzed the data of a social listening and an online survey for approximately 15,000 companies between June 1, 2022 and May 31, 2023.

For the study "Deutschlands begehrtester Arbeitgeber 2023” (Germany's Most Desired Employers 2023), these were employer performance and the areas of profitability, products and services, sustainability, family friendliness and management. The online survey of companies targeted the six topics of job security, working hours, salary structure, development and training opportunities, communication, family friendliness and additional benefits in a more employee-specific way. These are criteria that are often also used for employer ratings on online portals.

ETO performed very well in both the social listening and the online survey. For Karsten Peitmann, Vice President HR at ETO GRUPPE, the good result is no surprise: "We have done a lot in recent years to become even more attractive as an employer and training company."
We are delighted with this award from the F.A.Z. Institute and hope that it will tip the scales in favor of one or two applications to work for us.
