The decisive factor for the selection of training companies is which company provides the best training. Currently, there are approx. 75 apprentices and students in five industrial-technical and two commercial trades as well as four vocational training and degree programs at ETO MAGNETIC in Stockach.
At ETO, we set great store by training young people to become committed and self-reliant employees, thus continually building the basis of a strong team at ETO GRUPPE. Almost 100% of our apprentices and students continue their career at ETO after passing their final exams. With the promotion of young talent, a high-quality level of training and versatile training programs being close to our heart, we not only place emphasis on intensive support, but also on a favourable environment. Beginning April 2021, our apprentices will have access to state-of-the-art training workshops in our new technology center.
