HSG Kosnstanz
HSG Konstanz (the handball division of the sports club TV Konstanz, translator's note) is thrilled: in difficult times they have managed to gain a new major sponsor, ETO GRUPPE, whose name shall be displayed prominently on the front of the division's new jersey. Not only shall the sponsor make a varied appearance in the gym and online, but they shall also provide player sponsorship for the new goalkeeper, Leon Grabenstein. At ETO GRUPPE with its more than 2,500 employees at ten subsidiaries around the world and headquarters in Stockach, people are equally overjoyed. Common values unite and shall lead to a long-standing and lively partnership.

With the acquisition of the two companies inovel elektronik GmbH and inovel systeme AG based in Friedrichshafen, Germany, on July 1, 2021; ETO GRUPPE is expanding its portfolio, among other things, in the fields of agricultural technology, autonomous control systems and Internet of Things (IoT) platforms.

One of Germany's largest publicly funded roadside infrastructure project will utilize the IOTA protocol as core technology. Autonomous vehicles have been a vision for decades. With more sophisticated sensor technology and manufacturing processes, we are now closer than ever reaching that vision. But autonomous driving is challenging. Vehicles must be able to understand their surroundings and adjust to a high number of changing conditions in real-time. This is becoming extremely critical within highway construction zones, where the margin of error is close to zero and the sensors of the vehicle are approaching their technical limits.

ETO MAGNETIC GmbH, based in Stockach, Germany, has been awarded the TOP 100 seal for the fourth time. Innovations at ETO are the result of a planned approach, i.e. they are not random products and have the potential to establish themselves in the market, which was the decisive factor for the award. In particular, the innovation-promoting top management and the innovation climate convinced the jury in an independent, scientific selection process. TOP 100 is the only competition in Germany, which evaluates the innovation management and innovation successes of a company.

The Institute for Management and Economic Research was commissioned by the magazine FOCUS-MONEY and its institute DEUTSCHLAND TEST to conduct a study of the 20,000 German companies with the highest number of employees. Criteria such as training success, apprenticeship ratio, remuneration and additional offers for apprentices were examined. Baden-Württemberg-based ETO MAGNETIC GmbH was able to score at all levels and ranked third in the category of "automotive suppliers" among Germany's best training companies in 2021.
